Kew Junction Medical Clinic

My doctor has always been amazing and provided excellent service. Unfortunately the reception staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. They demand immediate payment for online appointments however their invoices states the payment is due within 30 days. I have received a phone call every day for 7 days. If payment is required on the day the invoices need to state that clearly. One receptionist was extremely patronising and demanded I get my credit card to pay via phone even though I was on strict bed rest from medical complications. She didn’t understand how my wallet couldn't be next to me at all times. Given the nature of a doctors surgery, you would expect that they would have better systems in place so they aren’t demanding payments 30 seconds after you’ve just received horrible news. I understand patient confidentiality but there are many different ways you could get around that. I have already discussed these concerns however it appears nothing has changed. I know it’s a busy clinic, but a bit of kindness goes a long way. We would like to feel like patients not cash cows for profit. I hope my doctor moves clinic so I never have to deal with reception staff again.

Mark is an outstanding doctor who consistently demonstrates exceptional diagnostic skills and a deep understanding of his patients' needs. His ability to accurately identify the root cause of health issues on the first visit sets him apart from other healthcare professionals. Moreover, his prescribed medications have proven to be highly effective, often resolving symptoms without the need for multiple visits or extensive testing I highly recommend him for his expertise.

I really like Dr Victoria Nguy, she is engaging and very switched on, she has helped me with various issues over the years, her appointment timing is also good. I've seen most of the Doctors at Kew Junction, who are also really lovely, but when I'm time-poor Dr Victoria (in my experience) has the best appointment timing. Thank you!

Don’t usually leave reviews but have to make an exception here. KJM constantly runs late and will have you waiting anywhere from 10 to 30mins in the waiting room. I have given direct feedback to the doctors I have seen with lots of excuses and no real change. Won’t be booking there again. If you have time on your hands, book. If not, I’d find a more professional and proficient practice.

I have been seeing Dr Victoria Nguyen for years. I had my MRI and ultrasound. Never received the call after I did my scan. I rang the clinic twice to see if my results are out, they said will check and call me back. Never received the call back. I had to go there to see Victoria and she told me it’s the patient responsible to call and make an appointment. She was rude and quite unreasonable. Quite disappointing.
